As a family business, they invest their heart and soul into every jar of pickles they produce. They take pride in tending to their garden, where they cultivate the majority of the fresh and wholesome ingredients that go into their mouth-watering products.
When they're not busy at their full-time jobs, Lindsay and Zack savor their free time by immersing themselves in various activities that involve the outdoors and trying new foods to come up with the next best pickle flavor!

Zack Hendrickson is hoping his small-batch pickles will be the next “Big Dill.” Hendrickson owns and is the self-styled “pickle man” behind Rochester’s Brine Creek Pickle Co.
Making crunchy treats with a tang first started to tickle Hendrickson’s fancy when he made pickles along with his dad when he was a child.
“It was always something we did together, a tradition,” says Hendrickson. “When I moved out of the house, we weren’t able to make them as often, and I missed the process…”
